What can I use them for?
Flow Bands can be used for gentle self-massage, mobility, stretching, and variable resistance training. One tool adapts to warm-ups, recovery, or full movement sessions depending on how you use it.
Do they come with instructions?
Yes! We have an online move library as well as a community on Skool.com with course modules.
What makes them different?
Flow Bands are designed for how the body actually moves — not just straight-line muscle work. Their dual-handle design, smooth silicone resistance, and multi-directional loading support more natural, fluid movement than traditional bands.
Which band should I choose?
Aura White (Ultralight Pressure)
The stretchiest, flowiest band you've ever laid hands on. It's at once our highest recommendation for gentle recovery work, and the best subtle guidance for free expressive movement.
Quite, "wrappable" like a fascial floss & gentle on the hands. A good introduction to fascially aware training.
Sea Green (Gentle Pressure)
This is our, "goldilocks" zone and truly one size fits all solution. Balanced between the flow bands siblings, Sea Green is flexible enough for taller statures and provides support that feels soft & strong at the same time.
Excels with fascial work & corresponding full body movements.
Aqua Blue (Firm Pressure)
The deepest-gripping and strongest of the triad. Aqua Blue gives you the peak rebound force & muscle activation and the ability to dig a few more layers into the fascia for tension release.
Provides the strongest resistance & grip over a slightly shorter workable range.
What are they made from?
FDA Grade Silicone. It's skin-friendly, strong, durable, and weather resistant. With proper care, these will last for years to come.
What is the warranty?
Every Flow Mechanical product comes (and will come) with a 1 year limited warranty. If we can't handshake guarantee a multi-year lifespan, we won't make it.
What is the return policy?
Take 60 days to get to know the band. If you don't love it, put it back in the bag and send it back. We'll upcycle it into a b-stock unit at a more accessible price for someone else.
What is the exchange policy?
We're happy to exchange bands for different styles through a 30 day period post-delivery. We ask that you honor this duration to keep our operations running smoothly. It's our belief that each band can offer something unique to you. Take the time to get to know it, but don't hesitate to get what you want.
