Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — but we do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For most international destinations, applicable duties, VAT, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means you will see the full landed cost of your order upfront, with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.
In some regions where duties cannot be prepaid, local customs authorities may assess additional fees. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
If for any reason Flow Bands aren’t the right fit for you, you can initiate a return within 60 days as long as the item is in good condition. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Flow Mechanical products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your Flow Band experiences an issue related to manufacturing or material failure within one year, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modification

Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
