The first exercise band designed for fascial release & Alignment
Whats it for?
The Fascial Release Band (FRB) was designed as an assistive tool for the fascial maneuvers modality. It can also be used as a light resistance band to build polyaxial mobility & strength.
How Does It Work?
The FRB works in an infinite variety of ways. Grab both handles, loop it around your back and stretch forward, back, side to side. It offers grip, tension & support whether you wrap around your legs, arms, back or torso.
How is it made?
The band itself is made of high strength silicon rubber. It is injection molded as a single piece to ensure strong bonds, strength & consistency.
Your Frequent Questions: Answered
What is Fascia?
The connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, organs, and entire bodies. It can be as flexible as silicone and as strong as tensile steel.
How do I use the band?
The basic idea is to use the fascial release band as additional contact points to grip the skin and hold it in place as you move, stretch, and breathe into supported postures to open the fascia into alignment. The band can also be used for light resistance training in an infinite variety of ways.
What are the benefits of opening up the fascia?
Opening up the fascia can get us out of pain, activating the body's natural healing and growth processes. You'll feel better, move better, and be less stressed. Fascianative tools aim to improve your range of motion, increase functional strength, and make fascial maneuvers more accessible.
How Strong is the band?
Strong enough to last a lifetime under normal use constraints. Avoid sharp objects to prevent nicks or tears. This band is not rated like a resistance band, but the break force necessary to snap is over 150lbs for all models.
What size should I order?
The standard 36'' band was designed for adults between 5'' and 6'' tall. Youth or under 5'' should choose the 30'' band. Those over 6'' should choose the 42''.
